If you eat something loaded with bacteria, like Staphylococcus aureus or Bacillus cereus your intestinal track reacts very quickly to start clearing your system. It’s basically clearing the runway to get the infected waste out.
M3 Pro has 150GB/s bandwidth vs 200 for the M2 Pro. I think that can be explained by using 3 6GB/12GB modules for the RAM vs 4 on the M2.
The M3 Max is listed as “up to" 400GB/s, where the M2 Max doesn’t have that qualifier. The 14 core I think is always using 3 24GB/32GB wider modules for 300GB/s, the 16 core is always using 4 for 400GB/s.
That’s funny because my son compared CS2 on my MacBook Pro vs his RTX 3060 PC build we put together last winter and he said how much more responsive the game felt on the Mac.
We were discussing who supports the product. But interestingly CodeWeavers is responsible for over two-thirds of all commits to Wine, and the company also employs Wine’s primary maintainer, Alexandre Julliard, as its CTO.
No CodeWeavers codebase is the foundation of Game Porting Toolkit. Crossover source is referenced all over the notes inside GPTk. CodeWeavers also dropped a press release regarding this exact topic, I’ll link below.
For those that don’t know, CodWeavers is also the company behind creating Proton for Valuve. CodeWeavers is responsible for over two-thirds of all commits to Wine, and the company also employs Wine’s primary maintainer, Alexandre Julliard, as its CTO.
Saying Value is the number one contributor to Game Porting Toolkit just isn’t true though. Wine has been around for almost 30 years now and Value (only about 5 years ago) jumped on the only project that has any real success with running Win games on Linux. I was using Wine and Crossover to play games on my Mac before Proton was a thing. The real magic that pushes performance to acceptable levels has been the introduction of Apple’s own D3DMetal libraries.
Why change the name and get me all excited like that. Now I gotta make a return and find a different wallet. Also, from my first day with FineWoven, it is not a good leather replacement — it feels cheaper.
Their data isn’t going to the US though. In response to a 2017 Chinese law, Apple agreed to move its Chinese customers’ data to China and onto computers owned and run by a Chinese state-owned company. Chinese government workers physically control and operate the data center.
I’ve been using Google Pixels since they were Nexus phones and just activated my new 14 yesterday. It’s a little weird but I like it so far. I do miss twire instead of twitch, YouTube re-Vance’d, and Firefox with Adblock. What does a long term android user like me need to know/install/settings tweak/etc?
If you’re looking for a very similar experience to YouTube re-Vance’d you should try YouTubeRebornPlus. It’s a modification to the official YouTube app with all the features one would expect, No Ads, Skipping Sponsor Spots, proper PIP support. Similarly to side loading APKs on Android you can side load IPAs on iOS. It’s not as simple, but it’s not difficult either.
Yes, and now it’s associated with Apollo too. If a band were to be inspired by the style of another band and a fan cane along and enjoyed this style of music from both they would then associate that style from both. So yes the antenna is now a style of Apollo too.

Backup your home folder. Format and install desired macOS version. Restore your home folder. It’s works just as it always has with this method. (I do internal Mac support for a large university)
Yes, I use a similar method but with rsync opposed to scp. rsync retains permissions so no need to chown the home directory afterwards. Also since rsync is truly a sync and not a copy if users need to use an old system a bit more when you run it again it quickly moves over only what has changed since last time the command was ran.
It’s from Apple retail. I’ve seen that video ripped from the demo app and posted online a few times over the years. I have it somewhere. If I can locate it I’ll share a Dropbox link.
