kattenluik,

Basic healthcare is insanely fancy!

kattenluik,

That seems inherently just a beehaw problem then?

kattenluik,

As a Dutch person I’ve never seen a water heating system with a tank like in the US, we all use boilers and they are fantastic. Boilers are harder to use in “big” homes though.

kattenluik,

You don’t need internet connectivity to play these, unless you mean downloading them initially. I’m sure they’ll make an updated physical with these maps in it at some point too.

kattenluik,

I don’t remember at what company, but I’ve seen this more than once and it’s always hilarious. It’s quite funny watching my SO try and find the hidden mute or close ad button too. I’m glad I’m not from the US myself.

kattenluik,

I’m honestly usually surprised that gas stations are often far removed from the highway, and that people used to pump gas for you in many areas.

The ads at gas stations are so unnecessary and dumb, and the tips are so so strange.

kattenluik,

I’m pretty sure buying a Steam Deck is probably easier than buying an Xbox, while they did ignore the point of your post your comment just comes off as incomprehensible and strange.

kattenluik,

You can change your own environment?

kattenluik,

Getting angry or complaining about how someone calls their significant other and gatekeeping when it can be used is something they should’ve learnt to get over a long time ago.

kattenluik,

I’d love their perspective on this and the actual messages sent as this isn’t very useful standalone.

kattenluik,

That’s not normal and you should probably check why that’s happening? I almost feel like you’re trolling.

kattenluik,

There’s zero reason to hate ants? What a lame comment.

kattenluik,

I was incredibly excited for this game because I thought it’d be an actual city simulator this time, but it’s just another American-road-based traffic simulator.

kattenluik,

There’s other posts like this here because it is a meme and can be considered funny, you’ll also notice that in every comment section there’ll be a thread of someone saying that it isn’t a meme.

kattenluik,

Diagnosing like this is entirely useless, OP should instead go to a professional.

kattenluik,

Fuck everyone who needs it to be legal right? Progress is bad if it negatively affects me in any way shape or form!

kattenluik,

I found the avocado comic the easiest to tell, since the missing eyebrow was so insanely out of place.

kattenluik,

I threw it through one of those colorblind image viewers and it seems okay to read, it’s just plain annoying especially if you do bad with contrast and such.

kattenluik,

I’m guessing forms like this have CSRF protection, so you’d probably have to obtain that token and hope they don’t make a new one on every request.

kattenluik,

I don’t know why you think the entire country of Belgium has anything to do with this and it’s not just a joke to laugh about language in the US.

kattenluik,

The only way people should play is MY way! Get out of here computer-with-attached-controls users, you’re worthless and not welcome!

kattenluik,

Anything can be suboptimal hardware, the Steam Deck is no different from any other computer and does not even have to be a handheld.

And I do not play or own a Steam Deck or alike, if that concerns you. Accept other peoples hardware and ways to play, it’s a whole lot easier than whatever you’re doing.

kattenluik,

They’re not worth the effort, if you check their history they’re either a troll or someone who is very full of themselves about their knowledge about Windows.

Everyone should obviously assume that Windows rewrites your EFI entries as that is entirely normal and a thing only dumb people don’t know? Other take from their profile is calling someone stupid and OS-illiterate because they didn’t know PowerShell, I’m convinced they’re a troll lol.

kattenluik,

I actually didn’t do that, and I don’t know why you’re going through my comment history. I’ll be done replying to you now.

kattenluik,

I recommend doing better drugs than one that destroys you.

kattenluik,

It seems like it supports LZMA files which I believe is what 7z files are?

kattenluik,

It wouldn’t have been if it kept to the original purpose of some simple tasks and such, but we can’t have nice things.

kattenluik,

I don’t think you should criticize a language that you clearly have not even learnt the syntax of. Dependencies are also a one-time compile and linking just your own program or library does not take very long, and if you’ve ever worked with C languages it’s all the same.

Just because you don’t know how to read a languages syntax doesn’t mean it’s bad, it’s just like how you have to learn anything else. Rust is quite self-explanatory afterwards.

kattenluik,

Fair, I just don’t like it even when it’s humorous as it still speaks of a language in a bad way.

Also, if you use a Unix system to build your projects I can recommend you check out Mold if you haven’t yet as it speeds up the linking significantly.

kattenluik,

I’d like to point out that they said nothing about it being a bad thing and that all they did was say it was Chinese-owned, hence making your comment a pointless attack of nonsense.

kattenluik,

I personally thought they were implying that China could be a privacy concern, as you don’t have a single clue what happens with your data there. There’s zero reason to assume anything bad especially with a simple statement like that.

kattenluik,

If you leave out the rest of what I said sure? I don’t actually know what you’re asking.

kattenluik,

This argument was never about invading privacy not being a bad thing? It was about the racism and such comment the other commenter made?

kattenluik,

I’m going to stop replying now because this is going nowhere, but no that is not what I said and I really don’t know what to tell you. You’re missing key things here about the intention and tone of my comment and the one I replied to.

kattenluik,

You are comparable, and what they said was not anywhere near over the top or outrageous.

Your disbelief in a product existing and making a joke out of what otherwise would be a proper conversation is honestly very sad.

kattenluik,

They quite literally only stated facts, so you’re not really saying anything useful.

Your country might also just be your own sphere, if people don’t have problems with these obvious issues and zero concerns for their cats health then maybe they should change.

kattenluik,

That is indeed what you said, you can read what I said above.

kattenluik,

I didn’t say they should change right now, which is what you seem to think that I said. My opinion still stands on this, they should change and they can change.

And no, I do and have travelled a lot throughout my life and understand cultural differences and the like in case you wanted to keep commenting on that. It doesn’t matter, change can and will always happen.

kattenluik,

That’s quite an annoying comment to make but it does make them sympathetic to me, obviously you can’t judge these people if they don’t have the knowledge not to do it.

kattenluik,

I don’t think that’s how cats work, as they’re perfectly happy and can absolutely thrive inside which has probably also been proven. The data about cat lifespans outside vs inside does not lie, It’s not a conspiracy sadly.

And to add on to that, in my experience cats can not avoid slow driving cars with the biggest success rate. Cat doors can also be used inside, but cat doors are cute either way.

kattenluik,

You’ve just repeated what you’ve already said, and I’m now having to repeat what I said.

For point one that you made, birds like that don’t simply go extinct in one place and OP never said they did so I don’t know what you’re going after.

For point two and three, I’ll repeat that I again did not say they need to change right now or the cat specific problem will change anytime soon or even in our lifetime. I also never said that I thought they cared.

And I again don’t get why you’re trying to pick at me personally, especially about how temperature change in a house works.

I’m going to stop replying after this most likely, as you’re writing as if I have said things that I have not which is pointless to a conversation.

kattenluik,

These are quite obviously separate departments from their software, It’s pointless to complain about their software in this fashion.

kattenluik,

I don’t think anyone said it was a bad thing?

Fatal shooting of University of South Carolina student who tried to enter wrong home 'justifiable,' police say (www.nbcnews.com)

The homeowner who fatally shot a 20-year-old University of South Carolina student who tried to enter the wrong home on the street he lived on Saturday morning will not face charges because the incident was deemed “a justifiable homicide” under state law, Columbia police announced Wednesday....

kattenluik,

Every country other than the US has wild break-in issues with fatal robberies happening 24/7 because they don’t have guns.

kattenluik,

It’s called what I hoped would be obvious sarcasm lol

kattenluik,

You’re different than other people? I thought we were all the same.

kattenluik,

Clearly enough people for this to be a point, a big majority of people in the US still do at least in the places I’ve stayed in.

There’s nothing inherently wrong with SMS.

kattenluik,

Hasn’t helped most of them in western Europe though, in a lot of elementary schools they now teach about basic computer skills like how folders work (and they spend weeks on that).

It’s never been about a specific company or anything, it’s just that more people are using computers and don’t actually have to learn anything to use them.
