hex,

Word, here’s a prompt with dalle3 that also said something similar. https://programming.dev/pictrs/image/e3bf855d-4221-42fc-beed-82de5ae63a6b.jpeg

hex,

It wasn’t in the prompt. I actually asked for him to be telling the therapist “I just want to be put out”.

hex,

I used endeavourOS and it was super straightforward

hex,

that’s how css gets its media queries, user agents

hex,

Dude porn addiction is such a real thing. The damage comes in your relationship. Not being able to stop watching porn causes all kinds of issues in your day to day life including fatigue and erectile issues.

hex,

Yeah if they send the password in an email in plain text that’s not storing it. You can send the email before you store the password while it’s still in memory and then hash it and store it.

hex,

That’s just 2FA with extra steps

hex,

Never gonna let you = down

hex,

Modular front end design is convenient in the long run tho

hex,

Exactly the same as you lol

Legendary PC developer says Denuvo is “a punishment to the consumer” (www.pcgamesn.com)

Quote from the article: “The inclusion of intrusive DRM softwares [sic] like Denuvo is a choice that yields an unfair punishment on the consumer,” Running With Scissors says. “Respect the consumer, make a game they want to play, and you will never feel the need to fight piracy. The gaming industry deserves a better future,...

hex,

Nah the Devs definitely get forced to use Denuvo by corporate… Stockholders and such. Denuvo gets advertised as the best anti piracy method and stockholders see that and say I want that in our game.

That feeling when you're googling the answer to some technical question, and your own Lemmy post appears 4 results down. (lemmy.one)

Hopefully this kind of content is ok here. Up until recently, when I would be searching for some kind of technical info, the top (and best) results would usually all be Reddit posts. I was very pleasantly surprised to do that this time and find a Lemmy post instead!...

hex,

Yep, that’s just quality time. Quality time can be romantic but its definition depends on the people involved in the relationship. Someone might find it romantic to watch a movie together, someone might find it romantic to just talk for a couple hours. Someone might find it romantic to play video games together!

hex,

What I’m french and this is wrong

J is pronounced Gee and J’ai is definitely pronounced like G

This but unironically… The purpose literally is to train computers to get better at recognising things

What made you choose your instance?

Following the spirit of spreading across the Fediverse (and because my main instance is down so many times, because diverse reasons) I’m intrigued about the joining instance process, because I honestly don’t know what criteria to have in order to join another one if I ever want to do it....

hex,

It’s free. It’s only on google play. The 20$ is to get rid of ads forever. There’s also a subscription model which I’m not a fan of but it only costs 17$/year.

I’m a sync user and I love sync because of the customisation and the UI. It was pretty much my perfect reddit app.

hex,

Personal preference, idk. I’m not trying to convince you, just stating the facts

hex,

But… I’m not paying money to use it lol
