I’ve been following the trial closely. His defense was just disgusting, essentially victim blaming and trying to discredit his victim. Also some texts came out during the trial that made him look like a complete psycho narcissist.

Recently I’ve been buying the grocery store brand cereals. They’re half the price and I honestly find them tastier and made with better ingredients. Kellogg’s quality has gone down the drain and it’s really noticeable when you switch over.

As a Latino, the first time trying sweet beans in a pastry was so alarming. I still don’t like them, it’s so weird. Now sweet, fried plantains with a side of refried beans and avocado? Yes please!

I think my psn account is completely worth it. I play games daily and I always have something to play because of psn, from their monthly games and the library they have since I have premium.

And Netflix is also super worth it for me, it’s running all day between me, my wife and kids.

I didn’t even LEARN about the patient gamer lifestyle, just fell into it. There’s too many games and not enough time.

Also discovered my local library system, which has pretty much every game. Just borrow and played resident evil 4 remake from the library and I already have a hold placed on Mario rpg, so even new games I can get there

I don’t mind the PlayStation Network as a patient gamer, it’s worth it for me since I find at least 2 or 3 games a month there to keep me occupied and make it worth it

It was ok. Didn’t understand the side story with John Malkovich at all, pointless. And Zoey Deschanel was terrible as Trillen, like criminally awful at the role to the point she ruined it for me. Sam Rockwell was perfect casting though, same with mos Def and Martin Freeman

I really enjoy the contrast in this piece between the precise Mary and the realistic texture of her clothes and the cherubs looking like jelly babies, along with some odd looking kids. I honestly can’t think why they made choices they did.

Just finished up my first playthrough of re4 and immediately started a second play. That’s how you remake a game. I just wish they had started the remakes with the first, since we got 2,3, and 4

I avoided it because I’m sick of the white savior/I can’t relate to a movie unless there’s a white, male character as the lead, bullshit that Hollywood pulls. I know it’s based on a book, but I’m just sick of it, and DiCaprio, I’m sick of that guy being in everything.

These housing advocates should donate their backyards and couches to the people who are making encampments. But I know they won’t, cause they’re all neo liberal NIMBYs who don’t actually care about the homeless issue.

At the end of the day, you could provide every single homeless person with a home and half would willingly go back to the streets. Unless you agree to forcibly remove the people who want to be homeless or are too mentally ill to make the decision, you’ll always have a homeless issue. And if you think letting the mentally ill or willingly homeless set up shanty towns is an option, go look at Central America and see how that works out. They just become permanent.

B.c, particularly Vancouver and Victoria are full of wannabe do gooders, stepping over homeless people while they enjoy their wealthy lifestyles and pretend they’re progressive

Are you honestly unaware of the concepts of people who chose to be homeless? It’s a pretty documented thing. It has to do with their unwillingness or inability to keep a regular life and schedule,etc. lots of sources out there on Google. Go downtown in any major city, you’ll find plenty of homeless people who refuse shelters and help.

I am super sick right now and haven’t eaten much in a few days. It’s getting to the point where I am gonna need to force myself to eat something to keep my strength up but everything just sounds terrible to me right now. I have been subsisting mostly on small glasses of milk and the occasional packet of instant oatmeal....

I hate vegetables. Hate em. At meals I eat only protein and carbs. The only way I get vegetables is by making veggie smoothies and chugging them. Not bad in the morning with fruit and veggies
