So I was just browsing Lemmy using the web version of my instance and noticed that when I clicked on a user it took me to a page that looks like they have customized it with profile banners, info, links, etc. I have been using Voyager or Memmy for 99.999% of my Lemmy usage up until this point, and literally didn’t even know...

A minor bug but, often when I scroll vertically, I somehow end up registering a horizontal swipe on posts leading to a Downvote or Save....

I’m on iOS, latest release.

First of all I want to say how much I love the app and the daily updates. Every time it gets better and better....

I think it would be cool to be able to swipe left/right when viewing an image post from the feed or in a community and be able to go from post to post like a slideshow.

I would love the option for reader view to be a togglable option in settings for opening sites by default. This is especially helpful for news articles. This was a feature in Apollo and I think it’s available in few other lemmy apps like memmy. Thank you.

Voyager is my daily driver sofar. ~The only thing that bothers me is that blocking a community is quite the number of clicks away. ~...

If this is already possible and I’m just not finding it, I’d be very happy to be mistaken and learn the method. Otherwise, this is something I used all the time on the old site with Apollo and I miss, desperately....

When scrolling the feed with compact mode on, thumbnails are loaded while posts are shown....

It might be the same with posts but I haven’t tried that yet.

I’m loving Voyager and recently switched it to my main app instead of Memmy. I do have 2 requests that I would like implemented, if possible....

One of my favorite Apollo features was I could be in the middle of a deep comment section. Swipe back to the homepage, then swipe over into where I left off in the comments. I believe this was handled by edge swipes vs swipes from not quite the edge for up/down votes. No idea how it remembered location....

Not sure if it’s just a setting that I’m missing, but a button to jump to the next parent comment would be a great QOL addition....

I updated Voyager from Play Store today and now there’s no gesture vibration (like when swiping to upvote/downvote, etc.). It was working fine before. Can the dev please add a toggle to enable/disable vibration in settings? Edit: Just found out the toggle is present. It’s enabled but there’s no vibration.

Would love to see some themes! Right now “themes” are more like “change accent color.”...

For the android app… Is anyone else having an issue with the app reloading after leaving the app and coming back? I can open my task switcher and go use another app and then when I come back, everything reloads. Trying to see if it’s the app or just my phone being aggressive with the ram.

Is there an option to see the entire local feed of an instance I don’t have an account on within Voyager? Or even to subscribe to that feed? It seems especially useful for smaller instances that separate their discussions into smaller communities. This could be country specific instances for example.
