Not sure where to ask so as being a lemmy.world user, I’d thought it made the most sense to come to this support community.

EDIT: As noted in the linked post, the defederation was a mistake and has been reversed. Thank you to the lemmy.world admins for reviewing this quickly....

I noticed that my server import the bans from other instances. I think it’s a great feature at the moment where there is no complains of anyone creating servers to abuse it, but I feel like it’s bound to happen if there is no safety for it....

It’s related to the flood I mentioned in an earlier post, but I think more people can want to do similar things, sharing all their content on lemmy to make it discoverable. I think people might want to do it for different legitimate reasons, and I’m not sure what the right way to do it is....

Is there an update to Lemmy you’re waiting on? Is there a Cloudflare upgrade? What’s the game plan going forward for resolving these constant outages? Knowing that there **is **a plan going forward would be a great relief to me, and probably some others.

I’m seeing comment counts, but when you open the post to display the comments all I see “there doesn’t seem to be anything here”....

Hi again, Mikey from lemmynsfw.com here again. So every day we get several reports from lemmy.world users about posts not being tagged NSFW when they are actually tagged NSFW....

Seems like I get a lot of failed page loads, and the instance status site frequently shows it as down, but usually briefly.

The browser tab is blank, and unless I’m doing something wrong there is no Favicon set for Lemmy.World. I would hazard a guess that most of us have lots and lots of tabs open at any given time. Would it be possible to add an icon to help make it easier to locate lemmy.world tabs?

Hi all, LemmyNSFW.com admin here. We’re getting a lot of reports from this instance of posts from our instance not being correctly tagged NSFW, but they are showing as correctly tagged on our end. Could the NSFW tag not be federating correctly?

I run a community called, c/mmababes, where I post pics of martial artists who have given me their consent. I want to start posting short video clips as well but the video hosting options I’m aware of are not adequate (on Reddit you could upload video clips directly to the site and this was a good solution, minus the issues...

Is there a way to open links in new windows? I can’t find anything in the settings and it’s kind of annoying. Thanks
