I have an Anker Powercore that has enough output to charge the SD while playing, so just wondering what is the most efficient method to get the most out of both power sources for long haul flights.

Glad co-op is finally here, going to get some good use out of my dock.

It causes a bunch of weird controller errors, such as when a controller disconnects (or if the deck goes to sleep), it can’t reconnect again....

I was exploring the fps and refresh rate slider and I realized that when setting the framerate limiter to 25, the refresh rate was incorrectly set to 50Hz on the OLED version, when the 75 Hz setting would be a more appropriate setting, for the same reason 30 fps is at 90 Hz and not 60 Hz. I’m at a friend’s house for the night and was invited to an among us group. Installed among us and discord, had everything working (after a restart) within 10 minutes. I was shocked that simply adding a keybind for mute/deafen just worked. Yet another “it’s just a computer” moment. I’ll have to get that discord...

I’ve just installed ProtonVPN on my Deck but it won’t connect and tbh I don’t want to touch anything in the console/tinker with that…how can I still use ProtonVPN?

Just a public PSA and was a little sad. I thought the latest kernel updates would address this. Until then, when you plug the official Xbox Wireless USB in- nothing happens....

The Linux kernel has been updated for some new hardware that still includes the AMD Van Gogh APU, which is currently only used in the Steam Deck. Popular speculation is that Valve will release an updated Steam Deck, one that still uses the same APU (so same performance), but had other changes to the hardware. Possibly different...

Mod for Starfield that significantly improves performance, uses a combination of engine tweaks, compressed texture assets, and more....
