Madison420, If it ever fell. They’re the sneakiest of the main species, I wouldn’t put it past them to have a foundation caste. Ie. One empire on this side of the galaxy one on the other side with a underlying society to sorta regulate interactions.

clearedtoland, I wish I had cool (uncool?) neighbors like that. Mine just never trim their encroaching hedges, and generally seem friendly but slightly ominous - like cardassians or romulans, come to think of it.
