This is a train wreck trying to pass itself off as a Lamborghini. No oil, no butter, they are not roasted nor cooked nor prepared correctly (all the hard ends still on). Roast the garlic, make a paste with oil, salt and pepper and then you may be a bit closer to heaven.

SuperIce, Isn’t mujdei not cooked though? It has a very strong garlic flavor. Cooking/roasting garlic really softens the flavor.
