@jerry it’s a single-user instance as far as I’m aware, plus a few bot accounts if I recall correctly. Yeah not a nice person. I would call what we defederated for light in comparison to the post you linked. Gross behavior, but good on you for being on top of it even at your scale. Do you have moderators who help you out?

@Gargron I find it hard to believe real people are sitting there doing this individually, don’t you? To what benefit? Having a URL replicated across many different domains where the toot was delivered to for SEO purposes?

I feel like all of this gaming account spam is automated because many of the accounts I suspend will show being active daily afterward as they attempt to authenticate.

did not challenge the election results because he believed he truly won, he attempted to overturn the election results because he knew that he lost.

May seem sensational of me to say it, but if he wins the next election to then pardon himself it will mean democracy is basically done with in this country.

I think that has already been proven impossible multiple times now. I can bear witness to organic communities here. I see so many every day. It’s a good thing. This app is a result of one company being scared to death of the Internet being taken back from them.
