The problem I have with it is that all the time it saves me I have to use on reading the code. I probably spend more time on that as once in a while the code it produces is broken in a subtle way.

I see some people swearing by it, which is the opposite of my experience. I suspect that if your coding was copying code from stack overflow then it indeed improved your experience as now this process is streamlined.

Thunder too.

That’s right, a good pirate only copies and shares their treasure with others.

They did. Starting 2035, ICEs won’t be sold anymore in EU.

After installing it, you will see a floating icon on bottom left, where you can configure it to filter more (I think by my or only blocks clear ads, some people might like the suggestions, but imo they are there to keep you engaged, so I would block them too).

takeda, to news in The US is quietly arming Taiwan to the teeth

“quietly” as without a fanfare. It is primarily meant to be a deterrent, and it is not a good deterrent if the enemy doesn’t know about it.

takeda, to news in Consumers are paying more than ever for streaming TV each month and analysts say there’s no reason for the companies to stop raising prices

They didn’t include Jolly Roger.

takeda, to news in Trump and His Lawyers Dare NY Judge to Throw Him in Jail

I guess he is daring NY Judge, because it is a civil case.

He probably should have his release conditioned on gag order in federal cases. And he should be jailed if he breaks it.

If the fear is that his fans will riot, newsflash: they follow identity politics, they don’t care how guilty trump is. Whatever they plan to do, they will do it anyway. So either treat him like you would treat anyone else for similar crimes or just forget about trials and let him do whatever he wants without any consequence. Because there’s no point in wasting time if he can’t be punished.

I saw sometimes ads that was claiming that one of my friends like that product too. My bet is on that.

BTW: I started using user script to remove recommendations, suggestions and other crap like that. It makes Facebook so much more bearable but interestingly also feels less addictive.

White House doesn’t get our soldiers on the ground and is only there to make sure this doesn’t explode into something bigger.

It also was successful (unfortunately not always) in persuading Israel into some relief to civilians.

Trump essentially lit a fuse for this conflict: newsweek.com/donald-trump-partly-blame-situation-…

I’m confused. In the description I see Snuggle and the toilet paper is Snuggle. I can’t read the more detailed description due to poor resolution.

Maybe it was during covid? ;)

BTW: I love how TP is answer to but cataclysm. This year they’re was extremely rare hurricane coming to Southern California and again saw a lot of carts on Costco with one or two packs of TP day before it hit.

takeda, to mildlyinfuriating in Facepalm

uBlock should work, if it doesn’t make sure you are using latest version, you have custom filters disabled and disable all extension. If that fixes it then you can start enabling other extension tracking which one caused issue.

With adblock detection filtering too much can cause to trigger the detection.

takeda, (edited ) to mildlyinfuriating in Facepalm

I can afford it and refuse to pay on principle. I actually would be glad if Google went out of business (although extremely unlikely). Monopolistic Companies like them use every opportunity to cheat and modify laws to give them advantage and remove any chance of a new innovative competitor taking over. Then they expect us to act honorable and play by the rules that they set up.

They are the cancer and we need to restore old antitrust laws that supposed to prevent them from ever getting so big.
