@r000t@jerry not saying it has anything to do with this, but a week or two ago I found infosec.exchange toots listed in a block list. One of the toots shared information on a malware signature.
There are dumb false positives out there
Request: before accusing your instance admin of shadow banning you, or of trying to spy on you, or of trying to install malware in your browser, or of deleting your posts, please take a moment to try a "normal" browser that doesn't have all the security and privacy gunk.
@support This might be something on my side, but I'm seeing infosec.exchange block-listed from Google Safe Browsing and possibly some other security "deny lists/block lists".
@jerry@support And looking at the two posts, I can see why they came up. They shouldn't, but whatever Proofpoint is using to find threats isn't smart enough to understand that someone is posting hash codes for malware and phishing identifiers.
