In all seriousness there’s a lot of new research that suggests it’s actually detrimental to wear a bra. Bras as eventually things made to make men feel more comfortable in case the evil breasts for them to do something. That said, however women feel most comfortable is paramount. Do what you want as long as you’re happy. Well except wearing your knickers over your tights… Unless you’re from Krypton.

Google made a legitimate product that everyone could use in every household forever. It wasn’t going to make them lots of money, but it was a thing that everyone would mention when you went to someone’s how, so the marketing was invaluable.

But the big brains at Google decided that needed to monetize it and make it work for them, so they Assistant to it and having realised no one cared they cancelled it. So silly.

Auxio stands out for me due to its beauty and implementation of Material You. It’s gorgeous!

Unfortunately, it has an ARTISTS tag fetish and there’s no setting to switch to preferring ARTIST.

Used to love PowerAMP until one day I was busy doing other stuff and noticed every time my screen went off the app would shuffle my playlist. It drove me crazy. Especially as it was playing the same ten songs out of 800 over and over again 😮‍💨

Honestly Musicolet was such a fantastic find. Someone recommended it once and its met my needs completely. All I needed was for the queues to be cached so I don’t constantly hear the same songs over and over and its done that and so much more.

I think you put too much stock into the ddos explanation. I’m not saying it’s not a thing, but there are bigger issues that it seems won’t be resolved before Lemmy 1.0

Regarding your first question, tf is my home but I have created communities on different instances. Some instances because the community fits the instance, some because I like the URL. I figure it’s best to decentralise as much as possible.

As to your last point, I think some of what the admins at world have done is tremendous and I celebrate their commitment to world, but there’s limitations to the software, as they well know and ultimately this is a decentralised platform of which loads of little instances are supposed to make up the larger whole.

I like that Google are adding features. I have that they’re all locked inside their apps. I would like this all to be behind APIs so third party apps can use them. I think the magic easier is excellent. Never think to use it though since I don’t use Google photos, every? Especially now their terms of service demand they get to use all of your stuff for training their artificial intelligence.

Sorry it took me so long to watch this. He essentially feels that trams are just glorified buses and identified issues with mixed traffic routes but modern teams and light railway are capable of leaving their tracks to circumvent obstacles.
