Costume Quest and Costume Quest 2 would be something you could play together. The player character is the twin of your choice, a girl or a boy, on a mission to save their sibling. You would have to read it to her and probably solve the puzzles, but she would be able to do the fights once you got going since it is turn based. It’s very kid friendly.
I had a cat like that. She was 100% stupid baby at all times. I tried on a fabric baby carrier/wrap and put her in it to see how it worked before my first human baby was born, and she was completely content in it.
I use Instagram primarily to follow quilters, who are primarily older and mostly women. A lot of them are relentless self promotion machines, as you would expect of small business owners who advertise through Instagram, so of course they are creating the new account Instagram has alerted them about. I’d imagine a huge proportion of new Threads users are the same, and their followers get notices about them using the new service. There is no way for Lemmy to do that.
