Basically any recent septic line is setup with a fresh air vent. Yes it’s gonna stink like hell probably but there is an actual fresh air source in there
They aren’t saying the us government can take land in like France whenever. But like Canada has expropriation laws available where if needed Canadian land can be seized from the land owner, usually with compensation.
This is often done for things like infrastructure, highways and such. Turns it from needing the owner to be willing to sell into “we are buying this land now, heres what we think the land was worth”
It’s weird, Ontario does the same thing with our health card renewals (I think it’s opt in still though). But the article is claiming most of the new volunteers are from Ontario? I guess taxes come around more often than health card renewals do, but the jump seems odd.
Are you actually suggesting that you need to spend and extra 40k on a vehicle so you can lug some gravel around twice a year instead of just hiring a dump truck to do the delivery?
The amount in gas alone you’d save would cover the costs of getting someone else to do it
When I’ve driven an auto rental a few times the most I accidentally do is try to put my left foot through the floor when going for the clutch that doesn’t exist. The brake is far enough to the right your engrained habits shouldn’t cause you to reach for it with you left.
My old landlord ignored a water mark hole in the ceiling below the bathroom until the leak got to the point they had to tear out all the drywall in the bathroom, and probably should have replaced all the framing too.
(It was there when we moved in, and we mentioned when we noticed it getting bigger)
So no. Unless they are a “professional” landlord they tend to not act on issues until it costs them more than early action would have. All while making life a pain in the ass for the tenant.
