They can absolutely go fuck themselves. I’ve already weened myself off of nearly every social media, stopped paying for YT premium because they keep doing bullshit I don’t like. I’m so ready for an alternative.
Former President Trump criticized the judge presiding over his 2020 election case, just days after she warned him against making any “inflammatory statements” that could intimidate witnesses or prejudice the jury pool....
I’m torn, because I think that incitement would bring about the end of the trump era much more quickly, as it’ll get put down hard. But I also don’t want to advocate violence or for stupid people to get hurt for no reason other than their ignorance.
You do, but its generally a lot less than repairs or a new laptop. I’ll give you my example… My laptop is a 2021 Razer 14 The power port had a broken connector on the inside, and since the way it was made the port was part of the motherboard, the repairs for that power port were going to be over $1700 on a $2300 laptop.
Renters insurance was definitely the less painful option. Just one of those things that may only be useful on rare occasions, but when it is, it really is.
I hate the word ‘Consumer’ or I mockingly call it ‘CONSOOMER’. Because that’s to imply everyone in the world is just cattle, but with wallets. We’re no longer customers. We’re consumers now. And a consumer’s purpose is to consume shit, whatever is put out there. Got money? Shut up and consume, it’s what...
The disapproval of Elon Musk is the top reason Tesla Model 3 owners are selling their electric vehicles and going for another brand, according to a new survey of 5,000 Model 3 owners.
Shock! I imagine those are the same owners who bought in because of his rhetoric to begin with. Anecdotally, it seems as if less “car people” buy Tesla’s, as in they aren’t buying it for the technology or the engineering of the product itself.
Southwest Airlines on Tuesday said it will appeal a Texas federal judge’s unusual order requiring three of its senior lawyers to attend “religious liberty training” by a prominent conservative Christian legal group.
The Virginia Department of Corrections has refused to release records of complaints by inmates at a southwest Virginia prison that's under scrutiny in the 2022 death of an inmate.
I know more about these places than I’d care to. I’m not surprised one bit to read this. Those COs in these little tiny hick towns take things way too far.
Former President Donald Trump was indicted for an unprecedented third time on August 1, adding another set of serious federal charges to the mounting legal issues he faces.
Money seems to be the difference. I’ve been through the legal system and let me tell you that I wouldn’t be out campaigning if I had three indictments. I’d be sitting in a cell waiting for trial or a plea deal. The fact that he has been spared the same humiliation that anyone else would have been is a crime in and of itself.
Nah I keep my place pretty tidy out of habit. After I disregarded the advice to clean your surroundings before dosing 'shrooms, I’ll not make that mistake again. It makes a world of difference to any occasion.

Six migrant workers were struck Sunday afternoon by an SUV in a Walmart parking lot in North Carolina from what police are calling “an intentional assault with a vehicle.”
People probably think you’re just exaggerating, but no. This is a very common personality for rural white men to have. It’s their “protect my kin” fantasy of the government and minorities cresting the horizon coming to take their freedom away so they can go out in a blaze of glory.
In reality, most of them wouldn’t be able to get a shot off before they knew what was happening.
Then who exactly is supposed to be the check on the courts? Is that not precisely the domain of the legislative wing of govt? That’s like some basic civics shit.

Do what I did and just get the screen fixed man. The s20 fe is such a good phone, I can’t justify the cost of a new model when this one is more than fine. Little to no battery or performance drop after 2 years.
Ah fair enough man. I’ll tell you my problem, is that as much as I’d like to try other brands like Sony or whatever, my watch, earbuds, and TVs are all Samsung and everything works pretty well together (for the most part), so I’m hesitant to potentially fuck that up.
Let’s be real though, the same thing happens all the time when a site is young. People like Us who are willing to move over to a new platform and give it a solid effort aren’t the ones who ruined the last few sites like digg and reddit.
Once the masses get here things are going to change, and I’m not looking Forward to it. Things here are nice, if a little quiet. Good conversation, but not enough yet.
I’ll admit, I’m new to the concept of federation. Ive read a bit, but it’s hard to imagine how that all works once the scale goes crazy. It’ll be interesting, and I hope it grows to the point where I see exactly what you mean.
