My favorite #Linux laptop is a the 10 year old Asus Zenbook ux305f. It was slow when it came out but, runs #Fedora flawlessly. It's fanless, great on battery, the battery and ssd are user replaceable, and has a 1080p matte display. Old tech can be great tech.
My excitement levels are through the roof as I remember Android 14 might release sometime in August. Unless Google finds a showstopping bug that needs to be fixed before release...Crossing my fingers for a new version of #Android soon. As the Lockscreen customization is looking so pretty. 😍
I've got this basically new Lenovo #chromebook 3. And it just won't power on at all. Just does nothing. No lights, no screen. It's charge and same deal with power plugged in.
I've tried the power/ refresh trick and even took it apart so it's just mother board keyboard and screen and still nothing.
@piezzo Autohotkey, just to remap your keys or shortcuts to automating windows functions. It's very powerful. I use it to open applications, switch windows, run commands on the command line.
@kevin These mainstream tech websites don't consider or even care about viewers best interest anymore. They're just ad publishers who write articles to herd users for mega corps. Whoever pays, gets the positive narrative.
