Had a good #dinner tonight. Whole wheat spaghetti with portabella mushroom, onion, kalamata olives, garlic, fennel seed, and lentils, topped with cashew parm. Simple salad with spring greens, tomato, hemp seeds, and Asian dressing. @wfpb@vegan#WFPB#vegan#vegetarian
Collecting some #mushrooms for #dinner the first one I see is a hand-sized #boletus.. It looks a bit wet so I'll leave it for now. It'll be a backup ;-)
Tonight's dinner: Fijian goat curry, I'm soooooo making this again. Soooo tasty! Recipe came from a spam email advertising goat meat. Improvement for next time, pull the bones out as soon as the meat falls off. They got so soft they broke apart when serving. #Dinner@Homecooking
