I was stupidly thrilled while reading my e-newsletter from @elcultural to find the word "letraheridos" (more or less "people hurt by letters") to describe what English might call or lovers—and now I'm wondering if the origins of this newer term have anything to do with declaring was hurt into ... Wherever it came from, I'm declaring it the best word I've heard in ages.

Love

Ama como la llovizna que cae en silencio, casi sin hacerse notar, pero que es capaz de desbordar ríos.

Love like the drizzle that falls silently, almost without being noticed, but is capable of overflowing rivers.

Refeudalización
Desigualdad social, economía y cultura política en América Latina en el temprano siglo XXI

This essay proposes the hypothesis that in the early 21st century we are experiencing a new combination of refeudalization at the global level, but with specific regional features. In Latin America, this concept is particularly useful for understanding the return of the right to power after a period of leftist governments.

Me elevo

Me elevo, me transformo,

y soy alas en pleno vuelo

que llevan la pureza

de tu tacto, el corazón

bañado de sagrada luz.

Y me derramo entre las aguas,

me evaporo entre las sombras,

me vuelvo un átomo de mil fulgores con un beso sacro de tu alma.

One of the people in my dream last night was speaking Spanish and used the word "disposa" to mean "restroom." ("Donde esta la disposa" or perhaps, incorrectly, "Donde esta el disposa"). However, I just looked up "disposa" in Wiktionary and it isn't even a Spanish word, let alone one that means "restroom." Mi español es muy malo, and apparently even worse in my dreams. @languagelovers
