I use Connect, and it shows comment count but when I open the post I get no comments waaaayyyy too often, if I open the post in a browser I get all the comments why ?...

I know it isnt exclusive to Connect, i noticed it too on other social media apps like facebook (don’t judge me xd), and its the same effect: app start to slow scroll when reaching old posts from months ago or even years ago. I’ve been trying the various clients and like Connect the best so far. However, one thing I am seeing is that Connect doesn’t pull in the post comments from lemmy.world while the others do. Connect says something about API error....

Just a quick note that Instance upgrades appear to break Connect. It’s no biggie! Just re-login and all is good. (Some of my existing connectons worked, some didn’t.)
