Rusted Warfare is a good and cheap mobile game. No ads, otp, and it has LAN/WAN connections (not the most user friendly)
Rain World used to be a small game. Its rising in popularity now but is all around amazing. It doesn’t offer the most guidance but is extremely rewarding for those who stick with it.
And a classic is Castle Crashers if that happens to be before your time or you never got the chance to play it.
recommend a resource management game, maybe 4x game, on Ps4, that is sort of casual. Like, I loved Civ Rev, but i dont have time for for Civ anymore - I'm more Stardew Valley these days.
@InduperatorRex I have been having a blast. I though I would end up refunding it, but so far I got 10 hours and I want to keep playing. It gets more fun as you play as more weapons start to unlock for you giving you something to look forward to as you progress.
Can someone recommend me a game for my kids (10, 6, 6) for the Switch. They love Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. It should be Multiplayer, so all 3 can play. Wo do have all the big nintendo titles like Mario Cart and Mario Party.
New to kbin and trying to find my place in this federated world! Like many I've come over from reddit! I game on #Xbox and mainly play #TheDivision2 right now. Anyone else out there doing the same?
In Total Commander / Bejond All Reason apparently good players spend most of the match in a very zoomed out tactical map.
In general I think the Total Commander genre is one of the few that allows a somewhat usable total view. Another good candidate would be Homeworld, since there microng is not that important so you can probably play a whole game on the starmap.
Other cheating answer would include… Very small old rts on modern screens. I think a smallsized AoE II map on original resolution would fit on 4k panel…
Basically all the Total Annihilation clones allow you to zoom out to see the entire map and are designed to be controllable like that (units turn into small icons and such).
@TheoryOfTheInternet I haven’t seen one yet. I’m new to kbin as of today. Is it possible to just go into m/gaming and make one? I should be around tomorrow so I can make one if possible.
