Didn’t follow a specific recipe, but it was essentially this sans mushrooms and nori. I also added chili crunch.
Green eggs are made by running spinach, feta cheese and egg run through the blender.
My grocery store finally started carrying that new Cascatelli pasta shape. They also had swordfish on sale, so decided I to make Daniel Gritzer’s Rigatoni Con Pesce Spade recipe a go. Both of them are worth a try!

My absolutely favorite cold beetroot soup for hot summer! Tried it in Lithuania on my vacation few years back and it was love at first sip. It is called Šaltibarščiai (sorry if I misspelled something I’m not Lithuanian:)). It’s fantastic!
