Download issues with Firefox Mobile for Android?

Been seeing an issue with downloading stuff from the Firefox Mobile app on Android. Sometimes when I press download on files or images, the download never actually happens; the file never appears in my phone’s local files or in Firefox’s download menu. There’s no progress bar or any other indication that it even attempted...
