I’ve been using Google Pixels since they were Nexus phones and just activated my new 14 yesterday. It’s a little weird but I like it so far. I do miss twire instead of twitch, YouTube re-Vance’d, and Firefox with Adblock. What does a long term android user like me need to know/install/settings tweak/etc?
I’ve grown tired, or my wallet has, of the subscription based app. I’m not looking for anything in particular, so list your favorite Subscription free apps or Pay Once apps!
Hi all! I rely on voice control (not Siri dictation). I know there is a good amount of documentation on how it fails to meet needs. I am curious: has anyone found good workarounds to increase the accuracy? Thanks!
I have a 50GB plan that is almost used up. My wife has a Apple One plan 200GB that she shared with our family (including me), but my phone only syncs to my 50GB plan....
I’m gonna keep this short. I am planning to get the 15 Pro and want to get the max trade-in value of my phone. Would it be a bad idea to trade-in my XR to Apple for $145 or waiting until after the 15 Pro? I have a spare Pixel I would use in between the upgrade. I’m on T-Mobile if that’s relevant.
I bought a new Apple Watch for my wife. She has a 1st gen iPhone SE (she just loves it and doesn’t want to upgrade). The watch won’t work with her phone - obviously something I should have checked into before purchasing. Is there anything I can do? Like maybe swap the watch out for an earlier model?
So I’m using the apple calendar with has my work calendar from google integrated. Works fine on my iPhone, works fine on my mac but if i go to icloud.com and visit my calendar there, it does not show my work calendar from google…...
Hi! I just ordered a MacBook Pro 14" M2 Pro 10c/16c with 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD. It’s used and sold from a third party (not a marketplace like eBay). I paid around 1,800 euros (in Germany)....
So, I have an iPhone, which I like, but we use Windows and Linux computers in our household. I’d never seen a Mac boot up until the other day after a friend gave me their old Mac Mini. I was excited to check it out, got it all set up and logged in – but it really just seemed like a giant iPhone regarding what it did and...
I have an iPhone, iPad and AirPods but I’ve never used an Apple Watch. My main uses at least at first would be to monitor heart rate when exercising and record lifting routines at the gym via Strong app. I use my iPhone at the gym now and find it a hassle to take in and out of my pocket to record reps. I’ve been looking at...
Is anyone here using Magic Trackpad for work? or rather for a longer periods of time? Not necessarily with a hand over it whole 8 hours, but around 50% of that time....
I’ve had an iPhone 12 mini since launch and the battery life has become pretty abysmal. However, I’m reluctant to replace it with a newer, bigger model. My battery health is sitting at 86%, which really doesn’t sound that bad, but I feel like the actual battery life is way worse than when I bought it. Has anyone replaced...
Sometimes when I open GoodNotes the tab screen closes and it goes to the document screen, but when I open a file all of my tabs are still open. Is there a way I can always have the tabs open? Or go from the documents to the tabs without having to open a document?...
Welcome to our first monthly self-promotion thread. This thread is for developers to show off what they’ve built. It can be an app for any Apple device....
Maybe it’s just me, but I find the default tab group behavior in Safari to be complete ass. It doesn’t have the natural Apple feel to it. It feels like an after thought that Apple developers threw in there to compete with Chrome....
