I haven’t really kept up with android stuff for a while, but it looks like a handful of recent FOSS apps are using Shizuku for cool functionality. The new SDMaid uses it, and so do apps like Lemmy Redirect. In the list of apps, there’s also F-Droid, but I don’t really know what that’s for just yet....

I have a work profile setup on Shelter on GrapheneOS. When I am screen recording, it never records the audio from the work profile (I have my music player in a work profile). Is there any way to work around this or is it just a limitation of work profiles?

I’ve been pretty careful with my Galaxy Watch 5 and make sure to rinse it off once a day and regularly after a swim. I’ve noticed a white minerallly build up around certain areas. I’ve tried soaking it in water for 30 minutes and scrubbing with a soft bristle brush but it doesn’t make much difference....

I’ve just set up a new phone and i am already tired having to choose between getting spammed by an app or miss a legitimate notification - OneDrive is the latest culprit.

Any plans for an android gaming community ?

My Android tablet recently updated and now the layout has all changed. The pull down menus are only squashed to the right with a smaller font. Also when starting the tablet the screen for entering the pin number is much smaller. Is there a way to fix?
