App to "share" text to REST API

I’m looking for an app that allows me to “share” text (typically URL) to remote RESTful API Endpoint.

Sample usecase to illustrate: I’ve got a service that can download online content for later (kind of like remote Pocket). So when in browser, I’d like to send currently opened URL to my.service/fetch?uri=CURRENT_URL.

Above was a simplified usecase, but I’d like to be able to perform similar operation from any app that can share URL or perhaps text. Service on the other end will sort out what to do with received blob of text, so no need for smarts in Android app. Is there a generic app like that in existence?
