lemmy.ml is blocking kbin requests, meaning kbin instances get an error when trying to retrieve new posts and comments.
It's still unclear why they are doing it, but it seems to be deliberate as they are specifically blocking the kbin user agent (some text kbin uses to identify itself to other fediverse servers).
I assume they're trying to defederate without actually limiting the freedom of their own users. By just blocking requests from kbin instances, their own users can still use kbin magazines as they please, only kbin users are excluded from federation.
Until there's a whitelist for the block button, that's what I'm stuck with. What very few English subs are there, I would still be interested in reading :(
Maybe we don't play those games! Why would you assume!?
But seriously, I haven't tried the new Zelda beacuse I'm still playing Breath of the Wild. And I've been playing Diablo: Original Sin 2, so I haven't gotten to Diablo IV, yet.
I’m suffering from migraines. Sometimes it feels like the new universe is being born inside of my skull. I’m cold and hot, I can’t move and I can’t open my eyes. I’m in an absolute darkness and it feels too bright. It’s most likely the worst.
Migraines are the worst. I have some form of migraine pain daily, but luckily those really hardcore debilitating ones are only a few times a month. 😵💫
It's not very exciting, but sinusitis. Three weeks in bed, unable to do anything to distract myself because moving/light/sound made it worse, sobbing from the pain despite maxing out on painkillers. Felt like my brain was trying to crawl out of my eye socket.
I've noticed the same thing, comments are not visible. As explained below, I'm just gonna give the federation some time to do its work and then the comments will start appearing.
When a stone had my gallbladder blocked to the degree that they rushed me into emergency surgery when they saw it on a CT and it ruptured before they could remove it.
I have a very high pain tolerance and I couldn’t do pretty much anything but curl into a reverse ball and grit out a few words. They gave me as much morphine as is medically allowed and it did almost nothing. Dilaudid works though, not gonna lie lol, that finally helped until they put me under.
What’s funny is the memory of the pain has faded away somewhat, what I feel like I’ll remember on my deathbed is the sheer clarity of relief I felt when I woke up after surgery. I can’t describe how good that felt…
i haven’t tried olive oil and other similar oils like others have suggested, but there’s a product in my country that’s specifically sticky stuff remover (like label residue) and it’s made of orange oil
It's in the peels and has lots of the fruits flavour. All citrus have it, that's why you grind a bit of lemon peel into your food: It tastes way more lemony than the juice.
Depending on which version of Superman the answer could be all over the place, but generally Superman wins unless there's kryptonite or red sun radiation involved.
Recent versions of Superman are basically overpowered twinks. So much so that the comics have to really grasp to make him vulnerable and are really inconsistent with his power levels (which to be fair, have always been wildly inconsistent) to get him to lose or even draw a fight.
Nothing outside of reality warping godlike beings or top tier magicians have a chance of facing him, as he can just destroy most purely physical threats with a combination of strength, speed, senses, durability, and regeneration. Plus psychic resistance on top of that.
The only reason he loses as much as he does is because bad writing / "so the plot can happen".
