Lol as if i ever could have stopped my dad from playing it. He would wait till we were all in the car then turn it way up, only way to get him to turn it down was to take all our headphones off and listen quietly
If you turn the volume up then you can’t hear the complaining. Non compliance is met with more watts. Old man ears are callous to extreme loud and can tolerate it better than any child and most woman. This is how i was raised. I also have tinnitus, so i too am become callous eared.
Escape from Sobibor has brief nudity. We watched it in my middle school. Like the whole ‘bloc’ (they divided the grade into four of them) watched it, so bordering on 90-100 kids. Somehow, we’re not all depraved lunatics. A few of us are, but I’m guessing that has more to do with those violent video games I keep hearing about.
I remember in 7th grade watching a video which included real photos of the corpses from the Holocaust. Some were naked. I can remember the disclaimer that my teacher sarcastically provided, clearly annoyed that he had to, saying “Look, there are some truly disturbing images in this, but it is important to see them and understand what happened. You’re going to see naked bodies, and if that’s the part you can’t handle, well… I don’t even know what to say to you.”
And that’s what makes this whole book ban thing the stupidest idea the movement has come up with. The information is already there (on the internet), dumbass…
