neuropean,

You don’t need genocide to radicalize people. Look at the US.

neuropean,

Let’s see what Uncle Santa puts under the Christmas tree this year.

neuropean,

Fusion is constant, wouldn’t require large amounts of batteries to store energy. There are advantages to each.

neuropean,

Shit, they’re taking old TVs? I can’t even give mine away.

neuropean,

Long and protracted war is not part of the US doctrine. There’s a reason Iraq didn’t last very long, the US aims to destroy before they could really establish fortified positions.

neuropean,

What’s interesting is that mammals from mice to dogs don’t draw a distinction between arbitrary ages before trying to copulate. On the other hand, they don’t try to fuck the equivalent of pre-pubescent members of their species either, nothing natural about that.

neuropean,

CoIP is already a thing, Co-immunoprecipitation. It’s how you isolate your favorite proteins binding partners.

neuropean,

Michael Bay would be proud.

neuropean,

My fiancé download a humble bundle of cute and cozy games on my account instead of making her own. It’s humiliating to have cat cafe and witchy kitchen games on there next to Doom.

neuropean,

I mean they’re really just Geneva suggestions at this point if nobody is going to enforce them.

neuropean,

What’s stopping them from shooting the Russians and escaping?

neuropean,

I mean it’s pretty obvious from the headline, but the goal is to compromise if you’re to have any meaningful volume of transportation.

neuropean,

Aside from legaladvice and MilitaryStories, I don’t think there’s anything I really miss about it.

neuropean,

I struggle to see how they aren’t comparable to Russia at this point.

neuropean,

Sly Cooper, damn I miss when games had novel concepts.

neuropean,

I mean rebuilding houses in regions every 5-20 years was never gonna come out on top.

neuropean,

Thank god! You have no idea how awful this is for scientists. Need to paste some gene names down? Better hope it’s not MARCHF8 or in the Septin gene family, otherwise you have to convert columns to text then import the data. Seems like a simple fix, but many wet lab biologists are technologically challenged.

neuropean,

This is where the value of human life comes into play and why financial contributions equal lives. Would you risk being killed or maimed for 16k? Even for the poorest Americans, that’s equal to less than a years worth of work. This dude is out there risking it all to pick it up again. Nobody should feel obligated to risk their lives to retrieve a drone like that. That said, I’d probably be tempted to grab a metal detector and make my way out there if I were fighting for my backyard as well.

neuropean,

I wish they hadn’t put a gigantic watermark in the middle, but excellent footage.

neuropean,

If you’re producing a product at a loss, you’re not going to be in business for very long. The bigger issue is that the treatments rely on companies to foot the cost of production for the promise of later profit. Cut the companies out, have medical centers manage production not-for-profit.

neuropean,

I’m glad they’re making a new game. I don’t expect them to keep adding new content to DRG for years after people have bought the game, they need to keep making content to pay the bills.

neuropean,

Tbf, modern US tank doctrine was already revised prior to this such that they’re used supporting infantry, not in use in armored brigades like the gulf wars.

neuropean,

I was wondering how reliable their equipment must be if it was originally Soviet by design. Guess that answers that question.

neuropean,

Doubt the forest got hot enough to burn metal, looks like they just hauled off but what do I know.

neuropean,

This is the e real reason, I don’t get why you’re being downvoted.

neuropean,

If businesses are operating at a loss they cannot sustainably remain open.

neuropean,

Exactly, though you have to wonder what proof they had to make the claim.

neuropean,

Unlikely, unless the nitrogen flow rate is way too low. Even then, it would take a considerable amount of time.

neuropean,

If you can see the propeller, you can figure out the sound profile it would make and listen for that. That’s why they always hide propellers from views in pictures of modern submarines.

Archaeologists in Zambia discover oldest wooden structure in the world, dating to 476,000 years ago (www.msn.com)

Archaeologists have discovered the oldest evidence yet of a wooden structure crafted by the hands of a human ancestor. Two tree trunks, notched like Lincoln Logs, were preserved at the bottom of the Kalambo River in Zambia. If the logs’ estimated 476,000-year-old age is correct, it means that woodworking might predate the...

neuropean,

Not sure how reliable dating the surrounding sand would be to determine the age of the wood, why not use carbon dating?

neuropean,

Yeah, probably intended for drones.

neuropean,

Looking at how badly Russia’s getting wrecked at the moment, I wouldn’t be surprised if their current inventory would be enough to steamroll Russia.

neuropean,

When did you “find out”? Before or after the trial?

neuropean,

I hope to see them maneuver free of minefields very soon, cutting behind lines and doing what the engineers designed them to do.

neuropean,

Very hard to tell if 90 seconds is life or death. Every second counts but if they made it to the ER with a minute and a half to spare I don’t know if they would have had enough time for meaningful intervention.

neuropean,

Perhaps, but can you really say if it was a mobility kill based on this clip?

neuropean,

That’s embarrassing for Russia.

neuropean,

It’s refreshing to hear somebody admit they can be wrong and learn from it. This platform is pretty cool.

neuropean,

Have you ever been narc’d? My dive buddy was once, he took his regulator out of his mouth and tried giving it to fish. Never felt a thing from it other than “oh shit, trying to make a fish breath air”.

neuropean,

Yes he is. Nitrogen narcosis is from breathing compressed air with a high nitrogen blend. That’s why you need trimix with helium beyond a couple hundred feet. Otherwise you end up like my buddy trying to give fish your regulator.

neuropean,

Bitches don’t know ‘bout Pangea.

neuropean,

Truly one where I’m not sure if I’m better off having read it.

neuropean,

If it’s not peer reviewed then why tf are we talking about it like it’s true? The whole point of peer review is to avoid this bullshit buzz that the news thrives on.
