I mean, this is kind of a scummy thing to say. Nobody really would have cared about an increase to $8 from $6 for the game, but a person with the attitude that this developer has by saying what they said will probably not be conducive to getting more sales. Should have just not said anything.

I dont have a problem with him wanting more money, it’s just his incredibly abbrasive attitude. How he said what he said just comes off as needlessly rude. If he had just raised the price without saying anything, people probably wouldn’t even bat an eye. I mean, its $2.

To say “well pirate it then” is just aggressive without cause. Thats something you say when you raise the price from $6 to $60. Not for a $2 increase. Unless you have a chip on your shoulder/ incredibly abbrasive personality.

End of an era. E3 was better as it was more centralized, IMO. Better to get all the news in one place instead of having to go searching for like, 13 different dates for streams. Plus, everyone was in competition with each other, so their presentations had to be good. Now we get Nintendo Directs with like, 90% indie games.

Uh, no? Dino Crisis is not what this game is. It looks closer to Lost World Trespasser than Dino Crisis. Did this author even play Dino Crisis?

Sure, most of what the other people did was clown material, but Putin really was the entire circus. Again. The unfortunate part is all the lives that were needlessly lost because of his clown choices, which I would estimate is probably higher than everyone else on that chart combined. It is actually amazing how he still keeps going.

I saw the old gameplay leak, and whatever this is I am onboard. Kojima hasn’t made something I haven’t liked so far. Looking forward to seeing how this one turns out.

I have a PS5 and it has been collecting dust after I finished Demons Souls Remake a few days after it came out. My PC however, has not been collecting dust.

Basically, Sony is saying theyre never porting Bloodborne or Demons Souls Remake to PC, because those are their hostage games.

ChatGPT is excellent for suggesting an idea that I haven’t thought of. I can then use that as a springboard to write out something that works. Asking it if there are optimizations also can yield quite good results. I find I spend less time debugging on average, but not by a large margin.

I think FSR should not be in any game at launch. Too many developers use it as a crutch to hide bad performance and optimization.

This game looks like someone with money played The Long Drive and decided to steal that game to make with a bigger budget.

Bungie is dead. Which is a sentence I never imagined I would ever say. How truly sad. They fired the people that made the company what it was, and immediately sold out to Sony. Its over.

Destiny 1 had a cool idea, but you could tell it got chopped up to be resold as DLC later. It was certainly more “finished” as a concept than D2, but after a few DLCs the game was kinda soured. It was basically just quasi-MMO Halo Reach still at that point.

The Dreadnaught, which was my favorite area in D1, was originally the vanilla endgame area. It was planned to be in the game from the beginning. Joe Staten literally had everything all laid out, and Jason Jones banned him from working on it and stole all his ideas, then hacked them all to pieces.

I was on board for Destiny 1. Played Destiny 2 from launch.

Bungie deleted content I paid for. I am not supporting Bungie ever again. The people that made the real magic at Bungie do not work there anymore. Bungie is an empty shell of a terrible greedy studio that Sony massively overpaid for.

This… doesn’t look like Flashback at all. This looks like it used to be a different scifi game but the developers slapped the Flashback name on top after they got licensing rights or something. There were gameplay elements that do not belong in a Flashback game. Unfortunate.

Nowadays that’s the easiest Get Out of Jail Free card to manufacture. Just claim you’re receiving death threats and you’re suddenly the victim, regardless of if it actually happened or not.
