I have noticed that people are generally less patient these days. I am pretty efficient at doing stuff at work, but at home or other places when I am trying to be relaxed and I take some time to do something, or even think about something more than a second, other person is getting angry for some reason, like I am wasting their time or something, even though I’ve noticed that they don’t really use their time for anything other than browsing social media and being distracted by notifications on their phone.

My life is essentially:

  • Don’t have huge financial and career expectations.
  • Be healthy and self-improve.
  • For fucks sake don’t get into debt.
  • Do not commit crime.
  • At least try to work for good of society (or just not make things worse I guess).

And that’s enough for me, and I recommend at least following first 3 points for good enough life without much stress (and last 2 if you’re not an asshole).

I see nothing wrong with Google wanting to make money on YouTube, and I actually own YouTube Premium myself.

But they should really fix YouTube experience, if you don’t use subscriptions box, your main page will be filled with click-baity low-effort videos and that really sucks. There are also other issues as well.

I don’t know ANYONE who has a new car produced in last couple of years here in Poland. According to some statistic average age of car is 15.5 years here, in fact I drive 11 year old car myself. There’s just no way I am going to dump so much cash on a freaking car (and personally I’d rather buy some nice electric bicycle instead).

What about stop making bullshit posts? Windows have never did that to me, and there’s no reason why would it touch any partition aside from its own and (if it exists) the Windows boot one.

That said, It MIGHT replace MBR boot record but I don’t know if that’s very likely these days. I remember upgrading from Windows 8 to 10 and Windows left my MBR alone, and I was able to boot to GRUB just fine.

Paint is not designed to be GIMP/Photoshop alternative. It is just a simple drawing program. Although it is great that they have finally added these long-awaited features, as I may finally move from paint.net, which is also great but it has one huge drawback - it is not a single window, which is a hassle.

Finished first Quake recently (EXCELLENT game, still very much playable even after nearly 3 decades, definitely 9/10), and currently playing Perdition’s Gate, it is kinda unofficial Doom 2 expansion released in 1996, and it had chance to be included in Final Doom (which are two additional official episodes for Doom 2), but ultimately it was decided against it.

Perdition’s Gate is kinda interesting as it has some unique elements and I genuinely enjoyed it even though there are probably much better Mega WADs nowadays, later maps are too short though, and it looks like they have made them only to accomplish 32 maps total like in the original game. Secret maps are also… odd… definitely not bad, but… just odd (and disappointing to some extent I guess), although I am not going to spoil them for you. Also the locations for secrets are also weird.

Interesting and odd is I think the best description for this Expansion/WAD.

Folding phones would make sense if I could fold/unfold them twice and get 4x the space with same aspect ratio, transforming a phone into a tablet. Otherwise it’s just a gimmick and waste of money. I know some people might praise these for multi-tasking but I can’t see myself doing two things at the same time on a freakin’ phone (maybe except reading a book in foreign language and using a dictionary at the same time which is what I do often) and I would rather grab a laptop for that.
