GPU Sharing Between VMs and a Host

This seems like the final technology in containing and categorizing different PC uses into different virtual machines, while still having good feel even in contained things. If set up right you can have a seamless experience tabbing between a host system and virtual system, and you can do whatever you can normally do in either...

Some people can’t afford to immediately buy an amd card when they switch to Linux

I use rehike personally, it has the old layout so shorts are barely shown

YSK that a lot of common questions/complaints about Lemmy are presently answered by kbin (kbin.social)

This is not an attempt to convert Lemmy users, nor is it a slight on Lemmy. I'm sure there are plenty of reasons why Lemmy works better for some, and I love the fact that we not only have multiple choices, but multiple choices that allow us to interact with each other regardless! Why YSK GrapheneOS is a step above the rest. I understand it’s ironic de-google phone/tablet with google hardware, but it just works better then anything else. Permission toggles, pin scrambling, auto-reboot, scopes, MAC randomization, isolated user profiles, longer passwords, sandboxed apps, open source firmware, no bloat &...

How to share confidential information?

I’m using Signal, but after I found out that it’s not as privacy-friendly as it claims, I’m uneasy about sharing my address there. I trust the person who asked for my address, but not the service. What’s a safe way to share? I was thinking of something like a self-destructing pastebin, but surely you have better ideas.
