Okonomiyaki, ... sort of.
Let's say Euro-style okonomiyaki.
Finely slice cabbage,
put it in your pancake batter,
make pancake,
add whatever you feel like on top of pancake,
add more batter on top,
turn over (this can be tricky),
serve and enjoy.
You might want to make your pancake batter with broth in stead of milk or whatever liquid you'd normally use.
