His wife was super corrupt, inviting violence ordering killings while he played the good guy image. His party became corrupt almost right out of the gate. But his image remains clean while his wife and party are known as monsters.
Don’t get me wrong, the country is better of but the mandelas aren’t as clean as people think.
Reminds me of Ghandi, pedophile but still seen as a hero because of his political actions.
