Rainbow chard with yellow veggies

I cooked this mix of vegetables as I usually do, and with many of the ingredients I often use. But I've not had rainbow chard recently, and this bunch was very fresh and large. Garlic stems are also not often available.

@DoublePlusKirk @vegancooking @wfpb Thanks, Kirk. I really like the variety I get by making my own tempeh, at this point about as difficult as making scrambled eggs, just more time elapses between steps.

In my whole-food diet I like to have beans and grain at each meal. Including a bean-and-grain tempeh is an easy way to do that.

The post on how I make it includes a list of varieties I've made. I am next going to make one with desi chickpeas.
