It’s not everybody’s cup of tea but it’s definitely one of my favourites. They do a good job of building a camaraderie and family (like TNG). The premise of being stuck in the Delta quadrant lends itself to new aliens of the week (like TOS). And the cast of characters is just fun to watch.
I have noticed that humans at car rental companies sometimes take reservations, but they do not always hold the car. Why is that? Surely anyone could take reservations.
"So I say, ‘State the nature of the medical emergency.’ You know what he says?! He says ‘you always say that.’ So I said, ‘I always say that because it needs said!’
“Did you really say that?”
“No. I thought of it on the transporter pad on the way over.”
I think newman would be great ferengi there was the episode where him and kramar tried to make extra money off taking recycling somewhere else plus he’s got to be the most petty character
“I’m not a racist, that’s what’s so insane about this.”
“Fifty years we’d have you upside down with a fucking d’k tahg up your ass! You can talk, you can talk, you’re brave now motherfucker! Throw his ass out, he’s a spoonhead! HE’S A SPOONHEAD! HE’S A SPOONHEAD! A SPOONHEAD, LOOK, THERE’S A SPOONHEAD!”
