Samouri is good for bitcoin, but is a little more complicated than some wallets.

I use monerujo from fdroid. Probably not as nice to use as cake tho. (Does cake require waiting to scan the chain for new txs when you open the wallet?)

Cake wallet foronero. No bitcoin wallet is private because bitcoin is not private.

Actually… You can have private bitcoin with atomic swap sent to your electrum wallet (it has an option to connect to a tor-node).

So… Yes, there are ways.
