Still being worked on, ostensibly, along with some other game I'd assume is in the same universe called Katana Heroes. The dev is going to keep the DLC free, seems more like a labor of love and so they're just taking their time with it and will release it when it's ready.
I haven't even beat it yet, Ive been grinding world completion, which I know you're not really supposed to do in that game, there's no achievement for it, but I just want to. I'm probably halfway through the story looking at the cultist's Ive killed, so I guess I'll see how they do that ending soon enough here
They're phenomenal at setting a vibe, good at level backgrounds/skyboxes (what this is), and great at realistic level clutter.
This is also running in Hitman World of Assassination, or Hitman 3, so even though it's a 2016 level and assets, the lighting is nicer. The shot was taken with Nvidia Ansel, normally you couldn't get a hudless screenshot.
Man, video game textures have become so high fidelity. I think the first time I really noticed it was the cloth stitching in NPC clothes when I played the Witcher 3. Great use of textures here on Spidey's bubble jacket and hoodie. Nice shots, I like that chromatic aberrated one with the planes
Took me ages to get that one because I couldn’t get the right filter on it. Ultimately decided to go with that one because I thought it fit with the entire vibe of Miles (and the Spideyverse movies).
This game just looks like an absolute blast to play, how do you like it? The art style reminds me of jauntier fantasy art styles from back in the OG Xbox days.
Honestly I adored it. I rarely hang around with a game after I’ve hit credits, but I’m probably going to spend some time in the games ‘arena’ mode just to see what else the games got to offer.
It took me a while to really figure some specifics out. If you wanna just do some FPS shooting then go to any low level systems with quest boards and look for one that specifies killing a leader of a group of mercs, so far it seems like it'll put the mission in the same or a nearby system, so you shouldnt be underleveled.
New Atlantis' board works well, the system is level 1.
I’m just sort of hopping around doing the main questline for now. I’ve heard that’s the fastest way to get the game to open up. Definitely see the attraction though.
As soon as the game split the main quest into three different quest paths I just went off and did my own thing and I feel as if it's pretty open, I built my own ship, have explored a bunch of systems, it's given me the prompt to make a base.
Whatever you wanna do is cool, that's what makes it a Bethesda game, but definitely don't burn yourself out on narrative heavy quests if you feel like that's coming, if you wanna shoot some stuff totally go for it
