im thinking of getting an ereader, but cant find many foss devices. i dont plan on connecting it to the internet, so i suppose it doesnt matter if its controlled by amazon right? love to hear your thoughts…

People who use GPLv3 want the code to stay open/libre under any circumstances. If this is the goal, why not use the AGPL instead, even for applications which are not served over a network?...

I am slowly getting back into reading, and as a minimalist, I dislike the idea of having (or carrying) books, aside from very special ones, of course....
I want to be able to manage and sort them. I use firefox, so both tags and folders are okay. manually exporting groups of them to like documents related to the topic I was researching (and then removing the bookmark) would also be okay. Self-hosted solutions are also welcome....
Does anyone know any open source FPS still maintained? I know some like Unvanquished and Xonotic and they are ok but I would like to know some others, if they exist....

I work at a non-profit which funds development on some OSS tools. In the past, we have used BountySource to fund fixes for specific bugs/github issues, but it appears that devs are having issues with BountySource not paying them. Bad news....
