His mistake was not doing it in a church. Pretty sure its defacto legal to do any perverse thing youd like to a child as long as its within the walls of a church. Churches are basically child brothels.
The article doesn’t mention he is a conservative. But they don’t have to. When the headline says “child porn”, it’s understood that it will be a conservative.
