venlafaxine and lisdexamfetamine for me, but it’s different for everyone. The important part is to just keep picking yourself up and going back to the doc to try new meds when one doesn’t work out. Took me over 10 years of absolute chaos to find a stack that worked for me, and it still needs fine tuning.
venlafaxine was amazing for me I just wish I could stay on it long term.

One of the most fun side effects while on venlafaxine, was that I had infinite confidence to say absolutely filthy things without stuttering while flirting, and getting away with flirting way above my station. It was fun.
Other side effects were the shakes, and my head feeling like it was on a damped rubber gimble, every time I moved my head it felt like it took some time to get to the position I intended it to be.
And feeling like I was passenger in my own body.
10/10 would recommend until the orgasms went away.
