Where to giveaway codes?

Hi guys, I’ve got amazon prime and got a forspoken code for “frosty nails” on EpicGames. I can’t activate it since I don’t own the game so I thouht I’d give it to someone else.

I’m wondering where I can should post this? Any specific communities?
