I used to follow on Reddit:

are there similar communities or Mastodon accounts that you suggest?

soumerd_retardataire, lemmit.online has(had?) a bot taking content from any subreddit you want to, and then put it in a community with the same name.
SubArcticTundra, (edited ) I’ve made !getdisciplined but I haven’t gotten round to making the bot that reposts r/getdisciplined posts to it yet. You are all still welcome to subscribe for when the bot does eventually drop

Strangely enough, it seems there isn’t much on that area yet.
Maybe people on Lemmy don’t want to get motivated, or on the opposite are motivated enough.
Is there any other interest you would have? You can usually use lemmyverse.net/communities to find some
