Then again, maybe the devs actually consider the NCR the good guys, given how they have grown from Shady Sands from FO1 into what they are now. I still don’t like 'em. We don’t need to make things the way they were before the bombs fell, which is what they feel like. All that does is lead to the same shit.

I agree, that’s not the way to fix it. The way to fix it is to try Skirt go spinny, regardless of gender. Seriously they are awesome, especially in the hot summer, way better than shorts.
I agree everyone should try, though I personally find chafing an issue without bifurcated undergarments. (Which is why I own leggings, lol. Skirt spinny without chafing).
girls can detect other girls by smell (pheromones or something like that?) and by taking HRT you start producing that same smell (unlikely, but funnier)
girls (both cis and trans) use hygiene products that smell nicer (and “girlier”). Most shower products “for girls” smell like fruit or tea or something like that, while products “for boys” smell like car deodorant or chemicals.
Interesting. I guess that would make sense, using soaps and perfumes meant for girls would make you smell in a way people might think is girly. Although I have used many “girly” products for years and no one ever said I smell like a girl so ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Hormones affect the scent of your body odor. It’s hard to put into words what the difference is other than testosterone makes you smell like a guy and estrogen makes you smell like a girl. I suppose testosterone scent is… more pungent? This is with proper hygiene btw.
It was actually my biggest source of dysphoria when I fell off my hrt for a bit. When you stop smelling a certain way for over a year you lose any noseblindness you had. I could smell myself constantly and I hated it. Hair products and stuff can shift the scent but it doesn’t really hide it completely, unless it’s some really strong stuff, in my experience.
Side note, I’m reasonably sure this is why my cat at the time suddenly became more affectionate, he didn’t really like men so when I stopped smelling like one he stopped perceiving me that way. This was well before any visible changes occurred.

I can tell that they look different in the image, but only barely. I’m not even sure how much it is because of difference in the color or the lighting, it almost looks like a lighting difference to me.

Hey, whatever floats your goat. For me, being of a stature and overall looks that just say ‘you don’t really wanna mess with me’ is the one thing I actually like and am comfortable with about my body. That and my copper hair (or, more accurate, beard) color.
What tape for tucking tho? I’m gonna be real, I haven’t found a functional tucking tape because I have so much down there but it makes me feel absolutely disgusting.
Assuming you’ve exhausted common tucking tape products, I have a couple techniques that work well for me.
Have you tried combining tucking with gaff underwear? Works well enough for me, but like any tuck, it can come undone. But the gaff can help keep things flat enough until you get a chance to re-tuck.
For tapes, Mefix tape and 3M micropore tape are commonly used for T-taping in the foreskin restoration community, so it may be worth trying as an alternative to other tucking tapes
