The top is linen and made with the (free) peppermint wraptop pattern and the shorts are made from a damaged quilt I found at a charity shop. I was also able to make a bag, pair of dungarees, and a hat from this quilt! I did add pockets to the shorts but these patterns didn't really need any altering. The bag is self drafted,...
These themes are focused on reducing whitespace for all screensizes, make comment chains easier to follow, and aim to provide some variance from the default themes available on Lemmy....
I’m using a cheap projector off BangGood on top of a camera tripod. There’s a bit of set-up time every time I want to cut some fabric since I can’t mount it to the ceiling but it’s still way quicker than printing, taping, and cutting pdf patterns!...
Well, it’s time to post some content in this community isn’t it? :3 The drawing is from my worldbuilding project, it is supposed to be the government center of one of the constituent states of my fictional nation.

Got this Lego set recently on the advice of a youtuber I quite enjoy (R.R. Slugger). Really enjoyable set in a colorway that you don’t ordinarily see, fairly good value too. I added a couple of improvements here and there as well.
A fan map for fallout depicting Chicago, now known as the Dreg Heap. Though not hit with nuclear missiles by the Great War, infiltrators and 5th columnists in the city set off a nuclear bomb beneath the Chicago Loop soon after the Bombs began falling....
I do a lot of tabletop wargaming projects, but sometimes it’s nice to just make something out of nothing for the sake of it. I don’t get to show these projects off much.
Get into making dice we did! We started off just trying to make basic moulds from store bought dice, and somehow that ended up with investments into a 3d printer, pressure pot and compressor, learning to CAD our own “dice mould moulds”, and so many hours spent polishing the damn things by hand....
Thought you all might enjoy this! There is a ton to explore here, but we're always open to new contributions and suggestions. We add new tools all the time, so check back every so often. :)...
