Feature “chronic illness” not compatible with any other content rendering game unplayable.
Feature “minimum wage” cannot be turned off unless you take player traits you despise and sell your soul to Big Capitalism.
Feature “college” wastes four+ years and creates $120k in debt per person with no viable stat boost to increase payment in later game. If only a skill ladder for a fancy piece of paper buy in and time spent learning “skill” should be minimized.
This vague “higher power/afterlife” stuff affects everything, regardless of player choices. Individuals, businesses, and entire nations make enormous decisions based on something that you won’t even confirm exists. Even the fan-made wikis and FAQs are unclear and contradictory. WTF.
Enjoyed the begining of the game, but the cancer story line was way to depressing. Not fun at all. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Would not recommend.

My main got stuck in a loop where all they do is work, jerk-off, and play video games.
Players won't let my class do raids and I can't refund unviable skill points in the current meta.
Too much PVP content with no variety, not enough time spent on polishing PVE.
Health and healing system broken and PTW healer economy block off content.
Meta breaking quest lines unfinished.
Romance quest line unimplemented.
Group content impossible due to playerbase.
