Is the Moto g52 a device that's only for India?

I’m in the us and I am eyeing the moto g52 as it has a headphone jack and supports lineage os.

Will I be able to use it? I know some regulations vary widely from country to country so I don’t want to get something that won’t work

Check your local LTE bands and then check gsmarena to make sure G52 supports them.
