@var@actuallyautistic Mine started with an idea. I was very lost in life before I started my business. Just kind of figured things out as I went along. Ran my autistic store on the side as an effort of love. It took me 2 years of running my store before I figured out what I want to do with my life. Now I’ve grown such a love for e-commerce that next I want to have 5 stores and structured my business so I can have as many stores as I want. Took me 2 years to get to that.
@var@actuallyautistic What? That’s a thing? I started uni in my mid 30s, not knowing where I wanted to end up. The last 27 years have been interesting, challenging, rewarding & stressful. Do I know what I’m going to be doing for the next 10 years? Nup.
@var@actuallyautistic I figured out that I can’t know what I want to do that far in advance and even if I did, chances are I won’t be able to do them due to life happening so I stopped making plans and started figuring it out as I go.

great question. Follow my inspiration, ask people about their lives. Be honest with myself and self evaluate who I really am , not what I'd like to be...
And give myself permission to try something and drop it if it's not right.
