The song is in German. But more importantly, why are you getting any ads? Use adblockers. No amount of convenience in any app you’re using makes up for the inconvenience of having to watch ads.
If they’re anything like my local council, evidence is irrelevant. They’ll say “we sent someone out to check and there was nothing there. No infringement notice has been issued.”
Something. Or nothing. But they’ll definitely do nothing if you don’t inform them about it.
Paper trails usually add up. They start seeing 100s of these complaints show up they usually have to do something, because by that point the news starts to get involved.
Sorry, what reasoning did they give for this harassment? It’s not like you were using a piece of pedestrian infrastructure for it’s intended purpose or anything.
