Hello all, just in case Reddit decides to implode I have set up an /r/astrophotography clone here. I am not a moderator of the original sub-reddit, and I would be happy to hand this over to those guys....

As you noticed, I had to temporarily enable DDoS protection. Someone is trying quite effectively to distract me from my activities ;p Unfortunately, this may cause some issues with the federation. Think this case in particular is pretty interesting. Former default subreddit and one of the largest on the site (Top 20 at least)....

Still trying to wrap my head around exactly how the fediverse works. I understand it is decentralized. Are kbin and lemmy somehow intermingled? Meaning am I able to view lemmy content here on kbin and interact with it without having to create an account on beehaw or whatever?...

I took a quick look while it was up and it was just a user guide, similar to the lemmymigration subreddit
